1. Our 7-Day Commitment

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request based on the criteria below.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Damaged or Defective Items)

To maintain the highest quality standards, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• The Unboxing Requirement: To process a return for a damaged item, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please film the opening of your package from start to finish to clearly show the condition of the product as it arrived.
• Without a valid unboxing video, we may be unable to verify the claim.

3. Size & Colour Exchanges

We encourage you to carefully select the size and colour that best fits your needs. However, we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t perfect.

• Size Adjustments: If the product does not fit well, we will gladly exchange it for a different size (subject to availability).
• Non-Availability: In the event that your desired size or product is out of stock, you are welcome to choose any other product of the same value from our collection.
• Timeline: Exchange requests for size or colour must be made within 3 days of delivery.
