Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and accurate verification of product condition at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
For any request related to damage, defect, return, or replacement, the unboxing video will serve as the primary reference for verification.
The video should:
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening
- Capture the entire unboxing process
- Clearly display the condition of the product received
In the absence of a valid unboxing video demonstrating the condition of the package and product at the time of opening, Rangoli Threads may not be able to verify the claim. As a result, requests for return, replacement, or refund may not be approved.
This requirement helps ensure fairness and enables us to efficiently process genuine claims.
4. Size & Colour Exchanges
We understand that occasionally the selected size or colour may not meet expectations.
Exchange requests for size or colour may be considered under the following conditions:
- The exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact
If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products with broken seals or removed tags
- Items returned without original packaging
- Requests made after the allowed return period
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video for damage verification
6. Refund Process
If a return request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system.
In certain cases, store credit or product replacement may be offered as an alternative resolution.
7. Return Shipping
