5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Rangoli Threads will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by:

Additional charges may apply for re-shipping if a package is returned due to incorrect address details.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process the claim, customers must provide:

  • a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the original seal
  • photos of the damaged product (if applicable)

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for verification.
