1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Rangoli Threads, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our policies regarding product appearance, returns, exchanges, and product care.
2. Product Representation and Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible through high-quality photography and detailed descriptions.
However, due to factors such as:
- professional lighting during photography
- digital image editing
- variations in monitor, mobile, and device display settings
the actual color and appearance of products may vary slightly from what is displayed online.
Such variations are natural in digital retail and do not constitute a product defect. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted solely due to minor color or shade differences.
3. Product Integrity and Packaging
To maintain product hygiene and quality, certain products may include protective seals, tags, or packaging.
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
Products with:
- broken seals
- removed tags
- tampered packaging
- signs of usage
will not be eligible for return or exchange.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1 Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product:
- has a genuine manufacturing defect, or
- has been damaged during shipping.
4.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any claim related to product damage or defect, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video that:
- shows the package in sealed condition
- captures the entire opening process
- clearly displays the defect or damage
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
4.3 Size Exchanges
Requests for size exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
4.4 Return Request Window
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
5. Product Usage Disclaimer
All products sold by Rangoli Threads are provided on an “as-is” basis.
Once a product has been used, washed, or altered, Rangoli Threads cannot guarantee its durability, colorfastness, or longevity due to variables such as handling, washing methods, environmental conditions, and storage.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rangoli Threads shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
Customers are responsible for following recommended product care instructions to maintain product quality.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- inspect products immediately upon delivery
- record an unboxing video before opening the package
- store and use products according to recommended care guidelines
Failure to follow these guidelines may affect eligibility for returns or claims.
